I cannot express how relaxing a bath can be. I never used to take baths but it feels so good now to get a good 20 min of relaxation time. It will do wonders to just soak and take a few deep breaths. Grab some bath bombs, essential oils, candles, a glass of wine and reeeeeeelax.
